Originally from Copenhagen, Josephine trained as a professional ballerina with the Royal Danish Ballet before studying at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in London. Performing at an elite level gave her a unique understanding of discipline, pressure and the mental demands that come with high-performance environments. Following a successful international career in dance, modelling and acting, working with globally recognised brands including Apple, Coca-Cola, Lexus and L’Oréal, Josephine shifted her focus towards wellbeing, mindfulness and emotional healing. Her personal journey led her to train in yoga, nervous system regulation, somatic therapy and neurodiversity coaching, allowing her to create her own transformational approach to mental wellness.

Today, Josephine is recognised as a leading authority on burnout prevention, stress management and embodied wellbeing. She is the Author of ‘The Morning Miracle’, ‘Messages Of Love’ and ‘Fall In Love With You’, alongside being the Co-Founder of Nordic Sisters, a global retreat and healing collective.
