A popular television presenter and mental health campaigner, Anna Williamson is best known for her role as the dating agent on Celebs Go Dating. A woman of all talents, as well as being a famous television personality she’s also a presenter, author and podcast host. Having struggled with anxiety and panic disorders for many years, Anna is an ambassador for the mental health charity MIND and is able to discuss these issues during her mental health speaking events.

Over the years Anna has appeared on a variety of popular TV shows including as a presenter of Big Brother’s Bit on the Side, an entertainment reporter for Daybreak and agony aunt on This Morning. As well as this she has starred on Splash making it to the semi-finals and something of a matchmaker working as the dating agent on the reality show Celebs Go Dating.

Before her TV career took off Anna tried her hand at music starring in the girl band Girl Force. In the early noughties, she entered the world of children’s television fronting Channel 5’s Milkshake! As well as shows on CITV and Disney Channel. Her work in children’s TV caught the attention of major networks and she joined GMTV as a reporter.

Alongside her television commitments, Anna has appeared in a range of pantomimes and published two best-selling books. Most recently she’s launched her own comedy podcast alongside friend and fellow TV star Luisa Zissman, LuAnna which takes a light-hearted look approach to the latest entertainment news.

Throughout her life, Anna has suffered from anxiety and panic disorders which were exacerbated after a traumatic experience during the birth of her child. Determined to utilise her platform to raise awareness Anna shares the severe effects such disorders can have on the sufferers, impacting every part of their lives. At mental health speaking events, Anna is able to discuss her struggle with these conditions showing people how she overcame them and offering implementable strategies to support others in their own mental health journies.
