Ashlee Braxton is a pioneering mindset empowerment specialist and the founder of The Happy Choice podcast, which tackles the topic of mental health. She is renowned for her ability to articulate thought-provoking messages simplistically, spreading positivity and empowering her audience into action. As the niece of the renowned singer Toni Braxton, Ashlee followed in the footsteps of her talented aunt to join the music industry, where she worked with grammy award-winning artists, such as Lady Gaga, and spent several years managing international shows, which were attended by royalty and VIPs. During her time in the music industry, she held roles, including Talent Manager, Tour Manager and Background Singer, before moving to Paris to start the next leg of her journey. In France, Ashlee landed the role of Events/Internal Communications Manager for OpenClassrooms and then moved on to join Ledger as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
In 2019, Ashlee founded Ashlee Braxton, a leadership mindset service where she helped people practice the skills required to maintain, grow and inspire others. In the following year, she launched Check-in to Excellence, a leading creative service agency for outstanding hotels. Through her cutting-edge podcast, The Happy Choice, Ashlee focuses on mental health issues and features guests from around the world who share their mental health experiences offering listeners valuable advice. Demonstrating great success, the podcast was listed in the top 50 health podcasts in South Africa.
