Jack Green is a double Olympian, performance coach and keynote speaker who has spent more than a decade helping individuals and organisations achieve their highest potential. Having represented Great Britain in the 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Jack draws on a remarkable career shaped by elite performance, personal resilience and a commitment to wellbeing. His achievements as a European champion and World Championship medallist, combined with his mental health advocacy following his diagnosis after the 2012 Games, position him as a leading voice on sustainable high performance and personal growth.

Jack’s early career was defined by rapid progression through British athletics. As one of the nation’s most promising hurdlers, he earned international recognition for his competitive results and technical excellence. Alongside his athletic development, he began to explore the foundations of performance psychology and wellbeing, driven in part by his own experiences with pressure and expectation. Following his retirement from sport at 28, he transitioned into coaching, applying elite training principles to help athletes refine their technique, mindset and competitive approach.

Jack’s career since leaving professional athletics has expanded well beyond the track. He has coached national record holders, world champions and Olympic medallists, while also becoming a prominent advocate for mental health. His work with Mind and YoungMinds, combined with contributions to mental health reform for elite athletes through the House of Commons, reflects his deep commitment to creating healthier performance environments. In the corporate sector, Jack has held senior leadership roles including Global Wellbeing Lead at the BBC, where he supported more than 10000 employees during the COVID 19 pandemic. He has also served as Head of Performance and Commercial at Champion Health UK, Head of Commercial and later Brand and Commercial Advisor at Walking on Earth, and most recently Performance Partner at Bring Your A Game.

Jack is widely hired as a speaker for his rare combination of lived experience, elite coaching insight and corporate leadership expertise. He has delivered more than 500 talks for organisations including Nike, Deloitte, Johnson and Johnson, Channel 4, Oxford, Cambridge and Sky. His sessions provide practical, evidence-based strategies that demonstrate how high performance and wellbeing can and must co-exist. Through honest storytelling and actionable guidance, Jack equips audiences with the tools to elevate performance while maintaining resilience, purpose and long-term fulfilment.
