First learning of the art of VOGA in 2017, Jess was instantly enamoured with the exercise style. Fun, unique and good for the body and mind, Jess knew that VOGA was the future of fitness. Developed with the club scene of Ibiza and the power poses of Vogue in mind, VOGA is set to vibrant 80s music and leaves participants feeling energised and motivated. In 2018 Jess qualified as a VOGA instructor officially making her a Voguette, and she continues to lead events, retreats and classes around the country.
A professional dancer, Jess trained at the prestigious Performers College and has gone on to join two dance companies in London. As a dancer for Showgirl Entertainment and Absolute Bollywood, Jess has travelled the globe, performing at world-class events, entertaining thousands of audience members. Jess has also been cast as a model for commercial work, which has seen her take to the runway at Berghaus Fashion Show, and at photoshoots for the likes of Fruit of the Loom. With dozens of impressive dancing credits, including Sky’s Got to Dance and Prince Charles’ 60th Birthday celebrations, Jess is a highly experienced professional.
Taking VOGA to corporate audiences, Jess has proved the health and wellbeing benefits of the exercise in the workplace. To date, Jess has transferred her expertise to companies including Adidas, Samsung and TimeOut London, with hugely influential results. Through empowering guests to enjoy the art of VOGA, Jess not only improves physical health but positively impacts mental health.
