For 22 years of his career, Patrick was the dedicated Founder and CEO of XLP – an urban youth charity established as Patrick’s response to a stabbing he witnessed in a school playground. This pioneering charity is dedicated to mental health awareness, with its mission statement encompassing providing safe and supportive spaces for those experiencing mental health challenges or social isolation.
