Pinky Jangra is a wellbeing expert and resilience trainer, known for her deep emotional intelligence and transformative insights. As a self-employed Personal Development Trainer, she works with organisations and individuals to help them navigate stress, change, and trauma with greater clarity and strength. As a British South Asian woman, Pinky is deeply motivated by the need for representation and inclusion, particularly in the conversation around racial equality and mental health. She delivers talks on a wide range of topics tailored to both corporate and public audiences, including wellbeing and mental health, resilience and stress, change and adaptability, trauma in the workplace, performance and potential, as well as public-facing themes such as spiritual growth, women’s empowerment, and healing and transformation.

Pinky began her career in the sciences, earning a BSc in Biochemistry with Neurobiology, followed by an MSc in Technology and Innovation Management, both from the University of Sussex. She went on to build over a decade of experience in management consulting and programme delivery within the UK public sector, working with organisations such as the NHS, Ministry of Defence, and Department for International Trade. Her interest in human development gradually took centre stage, inspired by her own journey of self-inquiry and personal healing. This shift led her to train globally respected teachers including Dr. John Demartini, Dr. Gabor Maté, and the Natural Success Academy, where she studied topics from positive psychology to trauma-informed care and creative consciousness.

In recent years, Pinky has become a trusted voice in wellbeing and resilience, speaking on platforms such as BBC Asian Network, UK Health Radio, and Psychologies Life Labs. She’s been invited to deliver workshops and keynotes for major corporate clients, including partnerships with WorkLife Central and other professional organisations. In 2023, she authored the popular LinkedIn article, It’s OK not to have your career all figured out! – a piece that resonated widely for its authenticity and encouragement of career fluidity.

Organisations and audiences hire Pinky for her ability to connect lived experience with expert knowledge in a way that is both deeply human and highly actionable. Whether she’s delivering corporate talks on stress resilience, workplace trauma, or performance under pressure, or public sessions on healing, life purpose, and the power of imagination, her talks offer practical tools, fresh perspective, and a grounded sense of hope. She is especially sought after for empowering women – particularly South Asian women – to reclaim their voice and vision in both personal and professional spaces.

“Pinky was a keynote speaker for the HR Indies Annual Conference organised by HR Independents Ltd. Her session was on Resilience and Running Your Own Business. From the moment we contacted Pinky to speak for us, she was a pleasure to work with. We loved her energy and bouncing ideas around with her. She took the time to understand our needs and create a tailored session for us. She has a natural warmth and great presentation style which had the room of delegates hanging on her every word, despite being the last session of the day! Pinky’s honesty about her own story and challenges helped provide reassurance to others and her interactive session really got people talking and sharing. We had some great breakthrough moments! If you’re considering working with Pinky, don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it!”
