Manifest: Dive Deeper

Roxie Nafousi is most well-known as the author of the Sunday Times Bestseller Manifest: 7 Steps to Living Your Best Life’ and as the Ambassador for the Mental Health Foundation. Roxie’s journey to becoming a bestselling author was not an easy one. Throughout her early twenties Roxie suffered from mental health issues including bouts of depression and a lack of self-worth. Struggling to cope with all the pain, she numbed her feelings by doing drugs and binge drinking. Roxie is now one of the biggest names in the wellness world and has given conferences to the biggest companies all over the world, teaching others how to love themselves once more and manifest their dreams.

Upon graduating from the University of Goldsmiths, London, Roxie explains she did not make any money for some 10 years – she spent her days doing drugs and drinking up to four times a week in her father’s flat in London. Despite periodically trying to escape her life on different yoga retreats, Roxie found out old habits die hard and was soon partying again. After a two-day bender, she decided it was time for a change. She channelled her efforts into creating amental health tool box’ and listened to a podcast on manifestation. Roxie says something clicked, and she found her purpose in life once more. From that day forward she began studying manifestation and made it her goal to help as many people as she could. In 2022 she released her first book which was followed by ‘Manifest: Dive Deeperin 2023 which went straight to number 5 in the charts.

Adding to her literary acclaim, Roxie has also been featured in the likes of Vogue, Elle, Glamour, The Times, Financial Times, and Evening Standard to name a few and is the host of the podcastThe Moments That Made Me’ where she shares the struggles she has faced, proving to others they are not alone in their mental health and addiction battles. Roxie now uses her platform as an Instagram Agony Aunt and self-development coach to promote the discussion of mental health which encourages those who need it to seek out help.

Showing that no matter your circumstances, when given the right tools you are able to turn your life around, Roxie has held workshops for the likes of Google, Meta, and Rothschild to name a few, helping people with mental health issues to transform their lives. Roxie shares these tools needed in her popular international workshops and keynote speeches. Roxie’s unique view of manifestation is what makes her workshops and keynote speeches so educational; she believes we learn to be resilient through the good times, and manifestation is more than dreaming about our goals – action is needed to reach them. “Roxie! I just had to get it off my chest. Thank you for writing Manifest! I am a small business owner and really wanted to start a second but just couldn’t clarify my ideas. Thanks to this new path, I finally have a business strategy and I am so full of creative anergy and excitement. Thank you for getting me out of my rut and allowing my full creative potential to unlock!! You deserve every success you are getting for this.”

“Hi lovely, I just wanted to say a huge THANKYOU. I came across your podcasts and I’ve bought and read your book twice, I love it. I’ve passed it onto my teenager daughter to help give her some guidance. I’m waking up 15 minutes earlier each day to listen to you manifesting affirmations and I’m feeling so connected and content. I’m journaling, moving, taking care of myself, and feeling super inspired. So just a little note to say thank you so very much.”

“Roxie, I wish I could tell you the absolute difference you have made to my life. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very luck in lots of ways but my 20s were tricky, at times dark times and they were shrouded in self-sabotage. Through your podcasts and teaching I learned to stop and talk to my inner child. To let go and move forward. I think I’ve always manifesting as an adult unwittingly, but to then have you legitimise it and name it and give me permission to acknowledge it and it’s power has been truly amazing. Thank you.”

“I just wanted to drop you a msg to say thank you for an amazing book! I bought this after browsing audible and I was not disappointed, within the week I had applied for my dream job and by the end of the week randomly got a call for an interview because a slot became available, then within 24 hours fo the interview I got the job!!!”

“I’m flying from Ireland to your workshop in London. So excited to be there in person, I have done so many of your courses on Zoom and the energy has always been the best. Can’t wait to be in a room full of likeminded people!”
