Sheena Tanna-Shah is the Founder of Inspiring Success and Pure and Raw Goodies. A highly successful well-being coach, Sheena is a qualified Rapid Transformation Therapy Practitioner, NLP Practitioner and Mindfulness and Meditation Practitioner. Having struggled with crippling anxiety throughout her life, Sheena’s constant battle with worth, value and validation has adversely affected her quality of life and her ability to conduct the most basic tasks.

Despite her stable home life and her career as an Optometrist, the anxiety would simply not go. That is until Sheena decided to turn to therapy, self-development and mindfulness. Now Sheena helps others overcome their anxiety through her practice and speaking engagements, where she shares her tried and tested methods for overcoming severe anxiety. Understanding the impact of nutrition on mental wellbeing, through her business Pure and Raw Goodies, Sheena makes plant-based, refined sugar-free and gluten-free treats.
