Time To Talk Day is an initiative to get people together to talk about their mental health. It is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation, and takes place this year on the 6th of February 2026. Though there is no official theme for Time to Talk Day, the overarching message encourages open conversation around mental health to break the stigma.
